Description

Cedric PAULUS graduated from INSA in 2004 in energy System. He began his career in the R&D department of the solar company CLIPSOL (ENGIE). After creating a start-up in Renewable Systems engineering (WATTELSE, CERVIN ENR group), he joined the CEA in 2007 when the French National Institute for Solar Energy (INES) was created. As specialist in the simulation of energy systems, he has coordinated several national and European projects on the development of systems integrating renewable energies. Since 2018, he has been a member of the steering committee "Renewable District Heating and Cooling, and Thermal Storage" of the European technology platform RHC, and has participated in the ministerial working groups on renewable heat and solar energy. He is currently Head of a Laboratory specialized in modelling, simulation, optimization and technical-economic and environmental assessment of multi-vector energy systems for territories.
